What is the fastest way to go to velankanni from mumbai? - how to go to velankanni

A friend has done this trip in the shortest time. Please help.

By Air: Mumbai - Chennai-Trichy.
Trichy bus numbers are available for Velankanni / Nagapattinam / Thiruvarur.
The other way is to hire a taxi from the airport in Trichy in May and the trip will take about 3 ~ 4 hours. to Velankanni.
On the way Poondi basilica is worth a visit.
Shows can cost about Rs.750 / - (half day) The distance is about 150 km in each direction.

1.Es be a flight or train to Chennai. Flight lasts 1.5 hours. Will train 20-24 hours.
2. Jump to Chennai in Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminal (CMBT) at Koyambedu.
2. From Chennai to Velankanni CMBT many buses are available. atleast one bus per hour. It takes about 8 hours. Reserve ticket booking without prescription in the bus stand.
