I play tennis for 5 hours a day, ride my bike, surf, etc... How many calories should I be eating daily? - bike play

Yes,
I am a woman of 17 years and I am very active. I train for tennis college game on an average of 5 hours per day. I work with a trainer and not tons of drills, clinics, parties, when I return, I have to surf for an hour or two, then I ride my bike, and then I will play tennis again, and then go home and Surf.

How many calories should I eat every day?
What foods should I eat before and after training?

Definitely to eat healthy foods. lots of vegetables! because (you burn more calories too much more) than the average person will have more caps. but it is bitter that you are good to foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals and not rich in saturated fatty acids are rich food. Try to stay away from things that probably do not (obviously, right?) Fructose, sucralose, sugar or other things! Get the book "Eat this, do that." Support for fast food and then just try to eat helthy! PS ask your coach can help you!

Check it out! Calorie calculator help you determine what should be the goal of eating.

When to go food, protein-protein protein! This activity is abandoned, its loss of more lean body its own fuel for themselves. Eating protein can stop it. No need to go crazy with the amount of protein, but are serious to the protein at each meal, you need to fuel your muscles, where it can be repaired!
